Description
Uridinmonophosphat (UMP, Uridin-5'-monophosphat) ist ein Nukleotid aus drei Bausteinen: der Pyrimidinbase Uracil, dem Zucker Ribose und einer Phosphatgruppe. Es ist einer der vier Grundbausteine der Ribonukleinsäure (RNA) und kommt in jeder Körperzelle vor.
How to take
Tagesdosis: 1 Kapsel (= 500 mg Uridinmonophosphat). Wir empfehlen eine kontinuierliche Einnahme über mindestens 8 Wochen; die Packung mit 90 Kapseln reicht für 90 Tage. Nur für Erwachsene. Schwangere, Stillende und Kinder sollten vor der Einnahme einen Arzt oder Apotheker konsultieren.
