Description
Nicotinamid Ribosid (NR, auch Nicotinamid-Ribosid) ist eine Form von Vitamin B3 (Niacin) aus der Stoffklasse der Pyridin-Nukleoside; in Nahrungsergänzungsmitteln wird es als stabiles Salz Nicotinamid-Ribosidchlorid (NRC) eingesetzt.
How to take
Tagesdosis: 1 Kapsel (= 300 mg Nicotinamid-Ribosidchlorid mit 126 mg Niacin, 787,5 % NRV). Die empfohlene tägliche Verzehrmenge darf nicht überschritten werden. 90 Kapseln reichen für 90 Tage. Nur für Erwachsene; nicht empfohlen für Schwangere oder stillende Frauen.
